Richard Korris

Richard has been involved in the industry since graduating from Law School. Early in his career Richard served as Director of Real Estate for a national big box retailer. Throughout his career, he has developed and leased shopping centers throughout the US. His extensive experience is instrumental in Northeast’s leasing and development projects.

George Lee

George has been actively involved in the Shopping Center industry for over 25 years. During his career he has completed the acquisition of over 4,000,000sf of retail acquisitions. George brings extensive banking experience to Northeast. George is instrumental in the development of marketing, leasing, and redevelopment strategies to realize the assets' full potential.

Daniel D. Plotkin

Danny Plotkin heads up site selection/new-store development for a variety of regional and national retailers as well as to manage the construction and renovation of retail buildings and sites under self-development. His expertise and focus is in identification of and negotiation for the sale or long term lease of retail building sites, the governmental entitlement process and the management of construction activity.

Danny represents a variety of clients including Town Fair Tire Centers, Webster Bank and Auto Zone.

Michael Sarasin

Michael brings an extensive background in economics and marketing to Northeast. Throughout his career, Michael has been instrumental in major leasing, tenant representation and redevelopment projects throughout the region
