PROFILES OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Northeast prides itself on being a highly responsive and client sensitive organization. We are fortunate to have assembled one of the most seasoned and experienced groups of real estate professionals. In-house talent reflects backgrounds in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Construction.

  • George Lee

    George has been actively involved in the Shopping Center industry for 25 years and through several Real Estate cycles. He has completed the acquisition of over 4,000,000 square feet of retail assets and is instrumental in the development of marketing, financing, cost effective property management and redevelopment strategies to realize the assets’ full potential. His detailed analytical approach to uncovering undervalued assets has served his clients and investment partners well. George is an active member of the ICSC, was a past President of the local Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Agency, and volunteers for regional College Fairs for the University of Vermont. Outside the office, George is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying skiing and golf.

  • Daniel D. Plotkin

    Daniel has practiced retail real estate for 30 years beginning with his family real estate brokerage firm which traces its origins to 1913. Daniel specializes in site selection, development and construction management where he has directly supervised over 1,500,000 square feet of retail building construction throughout New England. In addition Daniel works on new store/new market development for Town Fair Tire Centers having opened 36 new stores for the 92 store chain since 1995. Along with Town Fair Tire Daniel represents Advance Auto, and the Rio Bravo/Frontera Grill/Ocho Café chain of Mexican restaurants.

  • Michael Sarasin

    Michael brings an extensive background in marketing to Northeast. Throughout his career, Michael has been instrumental in major leasing, tenant representation, development and redevelopment projects throughout the region. Michael has worked extensively on the largest superregional retail complex in Connecticut, Buckland Hills and Evergreen Walk, has represented major landlords in the region as well as site selection and development for some Family Dollar stores in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

  • Richard Giveans

    Rich has over 20 years in the shopping center industry. Rich’s background includes retail development, site selection, sales, acquisitions and retail leasing. Rich’s real estate involvement includes time with Ames Department Stores, Family Dollar, Konover Development and most recently as Vice President of Real Estate at Webster Bank. Rich actively leases shopping centers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Rich currently does site selection for Salvation Army and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
