Auto Zone has signed a lease for 9,000 square foot store at North Street Shopping Center located in Danbury CT. Auto Zone will join Super Shop Rite, Burlington Coat, Dollar Tree and Rite Aid in the 250,000 square foot center. Only two vacancies of 1,200 sf and 3,000 sf remain. George Lee signed a 3,000 square feet lease with Go Health Urgent Care and Tempur Sealy at 1 Buckland Road in South Windsor CT. Tempur Sealy plans to open on December 1, 2017, and Go Health on February 1, 2018. 8,000 square feet of sub-dividable square footage remains available for occupancy in this new center.

Rich Giveans completed an Ollie’s Bargain Outlet deal at Diamond Hill Plaza. The space is 23,942 square feet. It is the first store for Ollie’s in Rhode Island. Ollie’s is scheduled to open in April. The Department of Motor Vehicles is also taking 5,000 square feet scheduled to open in late spring.

SALVATION ARMY
