Financial Management:
Northeast has made and continues to make substantial investments in leading shopping center management technologies and systems.
Our services encompass general administration, budget, collections, CAM/RE Tax Reconciliations enforcement of leases, maintenance, disbursements, record maintenance and lease negotiations. The firm takes great pride in its ability to meet the needs of ownership and tenants on a consistent basis. As such, tenant retention rates on managed properties have been high – approximately 90%. Northeast will also take steps to replace tenants when their use in the center or inability to perform under their lease requires action.
Physical Property Management:Northeast maintains its properties in first-class condition utilizing independent contractors, all of whom are subject to a competitive bidding process. Our onsite property managers tour each property on a regular basis. Ongoing interaction with tenants in the properties we manage provides us insights as to how our tenants are doing. In some cases we are able to proactively assist the tenants to help them improve their business.
