Rich Giveans of Northeast Retail Leasing and Management is pleased to announce the sale of School Street Square at 265 Ellington Rd in East Hartford, CT for $6,700,000.

Northeast Retail was the only broker involved in the transaction of the 147,000 square foot center which closed on December 7th 2021.  The center features national tenants including Barton’s Home Improvement, Planet Fitness, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dunkin Donuts and Family Dollar.  Northeast Retail Leasing and Management has been retained by the buyer to lease and manage the shopping center.

2023 UPDATE
The Center is under new ownership with a new grocery store under construction. Family Dollar, a laundromat & Accurate Personnel opened in 2023.
